Hi April, I just wanted to take a minute to really thank you for the exceptional customer service you gave me in helping me to get the Dexcom! The insurance I have is pretty confusing to me – and at one point in this process, I was so stuck and confused, I just wanted to cry and considered giving up – but I was overwhelmingly encouraged by the texts you sent me – specifically the ones where you offered to call my PCP (I’d been copying and pasting messages back and forth between you two, and still felt like I’d ended up stuck), and the text where you said we’d get through this together! That just meant the world to me!
